ON ANY !!

What this means?

Every second we see, hear, feel, smell, taste … I mean we perceive what is happening around us and with us.

Depending on what we think and how we think, what we perceive is different, even if, in fact, the perceived situation / thing is, in itself, the same. That is, when you are in a state of joy, ecstasy, tranquility, relaxation, a cold autumn day with a small raining is perceived as a wonderful, pleasant, romantic, normal day (for this season). The same day when you are in a state of depression, boredom, lack of life, it is perceived as a gloomy, ugly, cold, unpleasant day, etc. The only difference between the two situations is our perception, our state of the time that filters us around the reality. THAT’S IT! The day is the same! Normally, every person felt this difference. If someone, for example, thinks he has never felt such a day as a wonderful, pleasant day, is either because he does not remember when he did this last time (unfortunately!) because of the way he perceived life in the last period, or even perceived it gruesome, ugly, cold, etc. from the first years of life, due to a particular situation.

What we think and how we think comes as a filter on reality / situation: it determines us to see it in a certain way, in a certain light, as we have formed our way of thinking. The same reality / situation that another person sees it differently or even TOTALLY DIFFERENT.

For those who want a practical example, we recommend the following experiment: several people (it’s good to be at least 4-5) will follow this image for 1-2 minutes and will write on a paper in which direction the ballerina rotates. After those 2 minutes, the results will be compared. You will find that the same picture rotated differently at the same time for different people as follows: some saw it turning to the left, others saw it turning to the right and some (usually fewer) rotating it from one side to the other. SAME IMAGE IN THE SAME TIME !!! The reason? No, it’s not magic: depending on the hemisphere we use predominantly, the image will rotate to one side or the other. Those who use both hemispheres balanced, harmoniously, equally, will see it spin then in one part, then in another, with changes just every second, depending on the hemispheres used ? ? ? !! The difference is made in this situation of the hemisphere used … so imagine what happens in more complex situations or emotionally stressed situations!

From now on, when you see that someone sees / perceives things differently from you (this includes everyone else), you will stand to understand: why does it perceive it ?, what is the reason ?, what is the filter? ?

To believe that you see things in the best way and that everyone else is crazy just because he does not see the same as you is … just an illusion ?!

Dear fully,

Sebastian and Catalina

January 16, 2019

Perception of everything is determined by what we think and how we think.
