We remind you here the general rules on bread and other pastries:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>the bread <em><strong>must <\/strong><\/em>to be made of intermediate meal or, preferably, of <em><strong>whole flour<\/strong><\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>rye bread is recommended as the first option because it has more fiber and nutrients than wheat.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>healthy whole flour is the crushing of whole grain<\/strong><\/em>, if it is possible by grinding on millstone. The combinations of white flour + bran (eg graham bread) do not mean the same thing and do not have the same health benefits.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>as fewer ingredients as possible, the better:<\/strong><\/em> whole flour, water, yeast (or, better, leaven) and salt. That&#8217;s all there should be a toast.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>the bread&#8217;s validity<\/strong><\/em> is usually of <em><strong>several days<\/strong><\/em>, maximum 5 days.<\/li>\n<li>bread should be <em><strong>wrapped in paper bag <\/strong><\/em>or in a mixed paper \/ plastic bag in which it &#8220;breathes&#8221; (has some small holes). Bread in non-breathing plastic, with a shelf life of 3-4 weeks, DO NOT buy or consume it.<\/li>\n<li>any other pastries products are healthy only when they are made from mixed flour (whole and white) or, preferably, whole flour.
