Ei bine, n-am g\u0103sit p\u00e2ine s\u0103 cump\u0103r\u0103m. Nic\u0103ieri! \u0218i c\u00e2nd zic p\u00e2ine m\u0103 refer la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viata.org\/ro\/2019\/02\/painea\/\">p\u00e2ine cu f\u0103in\u0103 integral\u0103, drojdie \u0219i sare<\/a>. Nu la chestiile alea de ziceai c\u0103 sunt bure\u021bi de sp\u0103lat vasele (se manifestau identic la ap\u0103sare hahaha) care aveau \u00een ele fie zah\u0103r, fie sirop de porumb&#8230; Crede\u021bi-m\u0103, am c\u0103utat \u00een toate cele 5 zile s\u0103 cump\u0103r o p\u00e2ine normal\u0103. Nimic \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u0219a c\u0103 se poate \u0219i mai r\u0103u.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deci, eram \u0219i pu\u021bin for\u021bat s\u0103 m\u00e2n\u00e2nc mai mult alimente proaspete, fierte, coapte, mai pu\u021bin pr\u0103jeli sau dulciuri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Multe, foarte multe lipseau atunci din peisaj \u0219i asta era foarte bine. Spre exemplu, nu existau fast food-uri gen McDonalds sau KFC. Iar sucurile \u201dr\u0103coritoare\u201d erau destul de rare. \u0218i scumpe, cel pu\u021bin pentru mine. Avea \u0219i perioada aceea p\u0103r\u021bile ei bune \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen fine, pot s\u0103 zic c\u0103 \u00een copil\u0103rie m\u00e2ncam destul de ok comparativ cu ce g\u0103sesc ast\u0103zi copii\/tinerii s\u0103 m\u00e2n\u0103nce. Combinat cu faptul c\u0103 eram sub\u021birel \u0219i foarte activ, plus faptul c\u0103 mergeam de pl\u0103cere la sport (suplimentar fa\u021b\u0103 de ce f\u0103ceam la \u0219coal\u0103), plus faptul c\u0103 eram \u00een dezvoltare, toate acestea au f\u0103cut s\u0103 fiu un copil cu o greutate normal\u0103, poate chiar un pic slab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen schimb, de obicei de s\u0103rb\u0103tori dar \u0219i la alte evenimente, masa era plin\u0103 de diverse m\u00e2nc\u0103ruri grele: sarmale cu carne, salat\u0103 boeuf tot cu carne \u2013 normal, ou\u0103 umplute, c\u00e2rna\u021bi, pulpe de pui la cuptor, piftie de porc, c\u00e2te \u0219i mai c\u00e2te. Dulciuri gen chec sau pl\u0103cint\u0103, cozonac, pasc\u0103, diverse. De Revelion sau de Pa\u0219te preg\u0103tirea lor lua 2 zile, chiar 3 c\u00e2teodat\u0103. Pfff&#8230; ce chin era s\u0103 facem maioneza cu lingura c\u0103 deh!, mixer vertical n-aveam \ud83d\ude44<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cemi aduc aminte c\u0103 dup\u0103 1990 ap\u0103ruser\u0103 acele dozatoare Tec unde g\u0103seai \u201dsucuri r\u0103coritoare\u201d cu diverse arome. Adic\u0103 ap\u0103 cu dioxid de carbon, sirop \u0219i diverse chimicale. Astea nici m\u0103car zah\u0103r n-aveau, ci aspartam!!! Otrav\u0103 curat\u0103!!! Multe am mai \u201dreu\u0219it\u201d s\u0103 testez \u0219i nici m\u0103car n-am ajuns la majorat \ud83d\ude42 \ud83d\ude42 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apoi, la 14 ani, am intrat la liceul de poli\u021bie. Plus nelipsitul ceai cu bromur\u0103 (nu, nu-mi aduc aminte s\u0103 fi v\u0103zut personal pe cineva pun\u00e2nd bromura \u00een ceai, \u00eens\u0103 to\u021bi vorbeau de asta&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cred c\u0103 cei mai mul\u021bi dintre noi am avut o astfel de alimenta\u021bie. Am c\u0103utat foarte mult informa\u021bii despre cum s\u0103 m\u0103 hr\u0103nesc, ce e bine \u0219i ce nu s\u0103 bag \u00een gur\u0103. C\u00e2nd \u0219i cum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru c\u0103 am experimentat multe lucruri pe acest subiect, am ajuns s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleg ni\u0219te aspecte pe care le-am formulat \u00een principii, pe care le g\u0103si\u021bi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viata.org\/ro\/category\/zona-membrilor\/principii-sanatoase-de-viata\/\">aici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00e2n\u0103 data viitoare!&#8230; pute\u021bi s\u0103 citi\u021bi \u0219i men\u021biunile de mai jos. Se vor reg\u0103si la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul tuturor episoadelor privind alimentele \u0219i b\u0103utura, nu de alta dar sunt pe locul 2 ca importan\u021b\u0103 \u00een via\u021ba noastr\u0103 din punctul meu de vedere \u0219i pare c\u0103 toat\u0103 lumea are ceva de spus pe aceast\u0103 tem\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Men\u021biuni:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De ceva timp (adic\u0103 de ni\u0219te zeci de ani) s-a dezvoltat \u00een lume o industrie alimentar\u0103 care ne spune pe diverse canale (ziare, radio, TV, reviste, Internet, social media \u2013 Facebook etc, deci cam peste tot) prin diverse metode directe sau mascate (articole, studii pl\u0103tite direct sau nu, publicitate, chiar \u0219i doctori, nutri\u021bioni\u0219ti etc) ce s\u0103 m\u00e2nc\u0103m \u0219i ce s\u0103 bem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cens\u0103 aceste recomand\u0103ri sunt uneori, chiar de multe ori, destul de dubioase \u0219i u\u0219or de pus sub semnul \u00eentreb\u0103rii. Nu, nu este nici o conspira\u021bie.
